Learning approach & interaction with existing actions

BeyondSilos has organised, often together with CareWell (http://www.carewell-project.eu/) and SmartCare (http://pilotsmartcare.eu/) a series of mentoring and knowledge sharing activities in its three years of duration:

• Organisation of Mentoring schools
• Synergy exchange and networking with CareWell and SmartCare
• Webinar organisation
• Synergy exchange and cooperation with EIP AHA B3 Action Group

BeyondSilos Mentoring & Knowledge Exchange Activities

In total six mentoring workshops were organised by BeyondSilos:

1. Valencia Mentoring School "Sustainability plan- The ICT opportunity"
2. Bonn Mentoring School "Change Management"
3. Salerno Mentoring School "Creating Value through stakeholder engagement"
4. Kinzigtal Mentoring School "Dissemination & Synergies with CareWell and SmartCare"
5. Sofia Mentoring School "Evaluation and Ethics"
6. Crete Mentoring School "Upscaling and deployment guidelines"

All workshops were organised following a bottom-up approach, starting with the identification of training needs of BeyondSilos pilot sites.
